5. Product Availability and Made-to-Order Purchases
All products displayed on the Blush Vine website are subject to availability.
Certain products or sizes may be offered as Ready to Ship or Made to Order. The applicable status and processing timeline will be displayed on the relevant product page.
Ready-to-Ship products are generally processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
Made-to-Order products are specially produced after an order is placed and generally require 7–10 business days for processing and dispatch.
Made-to-Order products may require additional production time because they are produced specifically against customer orders.
In rare circumstances, we may be unable to fulfil a Made-to-Order purchase due to the unavailability of the required fabric, material, or other production-related constraints.
If Blush Vine is unable to fulfil a Made-to-Order purchase for such a reason, we will notify the customer, cancel the affected order, and issue a 100% refund of the amount paid to the original payment method used for the purchase. No cancellation fee or deduction will be made by Blush Vine in such circumstances.
6. Pricing
All prices displayed on the Blush Vine website are subject to change without prior notice.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product prices and other information are accurate. However, technical, typographical or pricing errors may occasionally occur.
If an obvious pricing error affects an order, Blush Vine reserves the right to cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate resolution.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges, where applicable, will be displayed during the ordering or checkout process.
7. Placing an Order

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that Blush Vine has accepted the order in every circumstance.
Blush Vine reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in exceptional circumstances, including:

• Incorrect customer information.
• Unusual or suspicious ordering activity.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be handled in accordance with our refund/payment procedures and applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided while placing an order is accurate and complete.
This includes your full name, mobile number, email address, billing address, shipping address, PIN code, and product and size selection.
Blush Vine will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
9. Payment
Payments may be made using the payment methods made available on the Blush Vine website.
Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateways or service providers.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected for your purchase.
Blush Vine does not intentionally store complete debit card, credit card, banking or other sensitive payment credentials on its own servers.
10. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery timelines depend on whether the order is Ready to Ship or Made to Order.
Ready-to-Ship orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes an additional 3–7 business days.
Made-to-Order products generally require 7–10 business days for processing and dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes an additional 3–7 business days.
Accordingly, the estimated total delivery time is approximately 5–11 business days for Ready-to-Ship orders and 10–17 business days for Made-to-Order orders.
All delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, festive periods, transportation disruptions, incorrect or incomplete shipping information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once an order is dispatched, relevant tracking details will be provided to the customer.

11. Returns & Exchanges
Blush Vine follows a No Return Policy, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in our policies.
Eligible size and style exchanges may be permitted within 24 hours of delivery, subject to product availability and the conditions stated in our Return & Exchange Policy.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products must be reported within the specified period and subject to the applicable conditions.
A valid unboxing video may be mandatory for processing an exchange or replacement request.

12. Sale, Promotional & Discounted Products
Products purchased under sale, promotional or specially discounted offers may be subject to additional terms.
Unless otherwise specifically stated, sale products, discounted products, products purchased using promotional codes, gift vouchers or special offers may be non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
